How do I create an account?

1) CLICK HERE and complete the new customer information form.
2) After completing the registration form, your account will be pending activation. You will be able to continue using the site, but unable to view pricing or place orders.
3) You will be contacted by your sales representative and your account will be activated. You will be able to view pricing and place orders.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password

How do I return my product?

Please CLICK HERE to contact customer service. You will need a RGA umber.

What is your return policy?

We strive to satisfy every customer, however should you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service at 905 875.4142.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a RGA# issued by Reflex 2000 Inc.  Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Any returned stock item found not to be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. You will see list of all your previous orders.Please click on order that you want invoice for,and print your invoice.If you still need help,contact customer service. A representative will contact you soon.

How do I view pricing?

You must first register as a customer to view pricing. Please CLICK HERE and complete the registration form. After completing the registration form, your account will be pending approval. You will be able to view products on the site, but unable to view pricing or place orders until you are contacted by a Reflex 2000 Inc. representative.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please contact customer service & a representative will contact you.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. If you have any additional payment questions, please contact Customer Service.
