Our standard products are designed for high quality stretch and washability for over 30-50 washes. We offer special adhesives for unique requests. Please specify your fabric when placing an order if you are unsure.
We are constantly improving our eco footprint by adapting new technologies to minimize wastage and use of harsh or toxic chemicals, our screen printed inks are also kid friendly.

The transfers are priced based on type, size and quantity. It is specific per individual design.
Once you have setup an account with us, we will send you a welcome kit that includes samples, price list, and application instructions. You can view pricing by logging in and clicking pricing in the dashboard. Click here to open an account.
We offer a rush service for $65 in those particular moments you may need them.
The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design.
Reflex will charge 50% deposit from your credit card to begin the order, we will charge the difference when it is ready to ship with updated shipping costs if needed. Should the card decline, a notification will be sent to you with a link to payment to ship out your order.
Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your goods. The job number and details of issues sent to email@example.com and we will work with you to find the correct solution.
Very fine detail can be achieved with digital and silk screen, please have a tolerance in mind when preparing artwork.
We offer a variety of sizes to choose from, we always recommend to print out a regular sheet of your artwork to see how it translates onto your physical garment to double check!
Our standard offering is up to 19.5 x 16.5, we do offer larger formats up to 30″ x 40″, These are special request.
We prefer vector format in PDF. We can accept other files if prepared correctly. Our team will reach out to you if an incorrect file has been submitted.
After submitting your order as best possible. Our art team will make sure everything is good and notify you if there are any issues.
We provide art proofs at an additional cost of $10 per artwork, if your job is submitted correctly and accurately. Our goal is to provide you with expedited service which proofs can delay. We recommend using this service if you are unsure with the file you are submitting.
Most of the transfers will be specified hot peel unless they have a special finish like glitter. Please refer to our application sheet to see the best way to peel the transfers.
We recommend using a pneumatic heat press because it allows for even pressure every time, otherwise manual heat presses can be used, please keep pressure in mind. you cannot use any household applications like an iron.
